Butler Mountain Bald

Wow I drove up yesterday to the bald and then walked, of course, from there.  Very icy and windy but what a great view.

Hello Butler Mountain Owners

Butler Mountain Estates, Butler Mountain Highlands, etc.     Let the blogging begin…

announcing Butler Mtn Estates blog

15 02 2010

Hello Butler Mountain Neighbors,
I started this blog page since not everyone is on Facebook.  If you are on FaceBook then please become a fan of http://www.facebook.com/ronearmstrong?ref=profile#!/pages/Butler-Mountain-Estates-Fairview-NC/304122056552.  Once we have 25 fans I can officially change the name to http://www.facebook.com/butlermountainestates.
I thought it might be useful to use this blog to share ideas, thoughts, needs, wanteds, for sales, whatevers among the residents and owners of Butler Mountain Estates, etc.
You may not know that Mike Zullo and I recently purchased 6 Lambeth Walk so we are now officially inside the gate as well.  We have no plans to develop it simply to add to our existing acreage.

This has been a particularly challenging winter and an Emmett Hollar neighbor forwarded me the email regarding Philip the road plower.   This is the sort of thing that would be useful to post here.

Please pass the word about the blog and the Facebook page.  I will do my best to keep it open only to residents and owners and link the two back and forth.
Take care,
Ron Armstrong
